As the Waterloo station upgrade progresses and the old Eurostar platform changes train lines will be swapped in august so new Site cabins have been installed on Cab road on top of a fabricated steel platform directly outside Waterloo station and instruct CCS Scaffolding to erect three separate pedestrian Layher staircases for workers welfare access.
